Bangkuk is a streetfood incarnation of the well-known ThaiThai (Sopot, Warsaw, Gdańsk, Poznań). We will sail into the world of oriental ingredients, we will be cradled by the ocean wave of flavour seasoned with Thai spices. On the board of the Słony Spichlerz Salty Granary will cook native Thai chefs. A sun-dried beef neck, tom yam soup with prawns, fried chicken wok with nuts, green curry with vegetables, cod with chilli and many other great delicacies will be tasted soon in the first Tri-City, authorial food court.
